You'll help build high-quality electronic products like cable assemblies and wire systems that are used in important projects every day. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy seeing your work come to life, this is a great place to develop your skills and your career.What You'll Do:Carefully assemble parts and products, turning diagrams and instructions into finished, high-quality items.Work with hand tools and light machinery to bring components together with precision.Connect wires and small parts using soldering techniques when needed.What We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED).Previous experience assembling products is helpful but not required.Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details.Why Cable Connections?Your work matters here. Offers are typically aligned within the lower to mid-range of the salary band, depending on experience and alignment with role requirements.Incentive Compensation: • Positions not eligible for commission may be eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Bonus opportunities are based on role level and are subject to individual and company performance.
