• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs to develop effective, personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.
• Provide individual therapy sessions employing various evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and actively monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to promote positive outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients who may face travel or mobility challenges, employing advanced digital tools and platforms.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional development, pursuing opportunities for training and certification in relevant therapeutic techniques and practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Montage Health Care Inc., you will work with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your primary focus will be on providing empathetic support, promoting resilience, and fostering recovery in individuals facing difficult life circumstances. Our clinic’s commitment to personalized care ensures that you will have the opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships with your clients.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and the ability to connect with clients from varying backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities to manage multiple client caseloads effectively.

While a Master's or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred, candidates with substantial experience and a Bachelor's degree may also be considered. Prior experience in community health settings, particularly with underrepresented or marginalized populations, will be advantageous in this role. Experience with digital health tools and teletherapy is a plus.
