Job description

Schedule:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts


Job Summary:

We are hiring dependable and motivated individuals to join a growing metal manufacturing operation. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, robotic welding, assembly, or metal stamping experience who are looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Employees will work in a hands-on manufacturing environment operating robotic welding machines, inspecting parts, handling materials, and supporting the production of metal components.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate metal stamping or robotic welding machine.
  • Load and unload materials for production.
  • Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
  • Use hand tools and measuring equipment as required.
  • Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures.
  • Meet daily production and quality expectations. Work as part of a team to maintain a steady and efficient production process.


Qualifications:

  • Previous machine operation, metal stamping, fabrication, assembly, or mechanical experience.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
