Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operator/Assembly Associates to join a leading rubber tire patch manufacturing company in Johnstown, OH. In this role, you will operate production equipment, assemble high-quality tire repair products, inspect finished materials, and help maintain an efficient production line. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment that offers the opportunity for permanent employment based on attendance and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of rubber tire repair products.
Assemble tire patches and related products according to production specifications.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
Maintain accurate production records as required.
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
Assist with other production and assembly duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
