Machine Operator / Assembly Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Lancaster County, Ephrata, PA area
Pay Rate: $17 – $20/hr (based on relevant experience)
Schedule:
1st Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00am–3:00pm
2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:00pm–1:00am
Weekly Pay!

Job Responsibilities for 1st & 2nd Shift Machine Operator / Assembly Associate:
  • Assemble, operate, and support production equipment and workstations according to work instructions
  • Perform mechanical assembly and basic machine operation using hand, pneumatic, and power tools
  • Measure parts and materials using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, or rulers to ensure accuracy
  • Read and follow work orders, travelers, blueprints, or basic drawings
  • Load/unload materials and perform lifting throughout the shift
Job Requirements for 1st & 2nd Shift Machine Operator / Assembly Associate:
  • REQUIRED: For safety reasons, must be able to communicate in English
  • REQUIRED: 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation
  • Ability to use basic math skills (fractions and decimals)
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, handson environment
  • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and maintain attention to detail
  • Forklift experience a plus, but not required
