Company Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Senior Production Associate (Window Assembler/Mulling), where independence, focus, and quality workmanship are key to success.

Starting rate for this position is $24.45/hour. Additional increase opportunities available based on cross-training and demonstrated skill progression.

Job Description
  • Perform final assembly of vinyl window products to meet production and quality standards
  • Install interior and exterior components, including brickmould, nailing fin, jamb extensions, and reinforcements
  • Assemble individual windows into larger combination units using couplers
  • Scan completed mulling products and verify order accuracy
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure all finished products meet specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Primary responsibilities will focus on mulling; however, candidates are expected to cross-train and rotate between workstations as directed by the supervisor to meet business needs.

Qualifications
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision (critical requirement)
  • Demonstrated ability to stay focused, manage time effectively, and avoid distractions in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Experience using power and hand tools is required
  • Physically capable of lifting, moving, and handling windows weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • High attention to detail with a focus on product quality
  • Strong attendance and reliability is essential
  • Ability to work a bi-weekly rotating shift schedule
  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime as required to meet production and business demands
  • Knowledge of window products is an asset
  • Basic computer skills are considered an asset
