Assembly Associate

Pay: Up to $16.50 per hour

We are seeking reliable, self-motivated, and dependable individuals to join our team as an Assembly Associate. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements
  • Entry-level position

  • Ability to perform multiple job functions with some supervision
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to team lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn assembly and inspection processes

Responsibilities

Primary Duties

Assembly

  • Assemble light, medium, and heavy-duty conveyor system components
  • Operate hand tools and small power tools safely and efficiently
  • Participate in team lifting and movement of assembled products
  • Work toward achieving productivity and quality standards
  • Follow assembly instructions and established procedures

Inspection

  • Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
  • Verify the work of fellow assemblers before products move to the next operation
  • Identify and report quality concerns

Additional Duties as Needed

Material Handling

  • Assist with moving materials and components to and from workstations

Miscellaneous

  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
