Electro-Mechanical Assembler

**SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE**

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical and electrical components into finished systems or subassemblies. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with precision equipment in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
  • Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies for functionality and quality compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in collaboration with engineering and quality teams
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics

Preferred:

  • Experience with IPC soldering standards or similar certifications
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality control processes

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
