We are seeking an entry level Staff Assistant II to support the Aspirion team by handling all administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to incoming mail and document retrieval procedures. Responsible for maintaining HIPAA compliant, clean, and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently demonstrates Aspirion's values, portraying positive, respectful, and collaborative interpersonal skills
  • Documents incoming mail in Compass
  • Accesses and retrieves medical records and related client correspondences from client systems
  • Securely uploads and documents medical records and related client correspondences to Compass
  • Ensures the accuracy and completeness of all documentation uploaded
  • Works closely with account owners to ensure timely processing of accounts
  • Maintains working knowledge of and adherence to internal and external Process and Protocols
  • Securely maintains personal credentials (username and password) for internal and external systems
  • Adheres to HIPAA compliance rules and regulations
  • Reports any violations relating to company policy protocol
  • Escalates issues to Manager
  • Complete other projects and tasks, as needed and/or requested

Requirements
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data management
  • Write grammatically correct routine business correspondence
  • Ability to stay organized with strong focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize duties and follow-through completely with assigned tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively switching between tasks as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Education and Experience
  • High School education or equivalent required
  • Some college coursework in Health/Business Administration preferred
  • Previous experience handling medical records or related data is preferred

The US base pay range for this position starts at $18.00 hourly. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
