Work Environment

This position is based onsite within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, designed to facilitate optimal recovery through a collaborative approach. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patientsโ€™ physical abilities, mobility, and specific rehabilitation needs to establish a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each patientโ€™s recovery goals.
  • Administer a variety of therapy programs including manual therapy techniques, tailored exercise plans, and educational outreach to patients and their caregivers.
  • Utilize Raintree software to maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all clinic policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
  • Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and strategies for injury prevention as part of a broader commitment to their health and well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports-related injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Your ability to connect with patients and foster a supportive environment will be crucial in helping them achieve their rehabilitation milestones.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Masterโ€™s Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
  • An active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada is essential for practice.
