Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, mobility, and rehabilitation needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based techniques, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation approaches.
  • Administer a variety of therapy modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities designed for pain relief and functional improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans using the Raintree healthcare software, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and industry standards.
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, injury prevention strategies, and exercises to promote recovery.
  • Monitor and track patient progress, making necessary modifications to treatment programs to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and facilitate integrated treatment approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on a diverse patient population primarily recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries. Expect to work with individuals ranging from amateur athletes requiring rehab after injury to older adults recovering from joint surgeries. Our holistic approach emphasizes functional restoration and improved quality of life.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred, although motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
