Job Summary:
Aspire Senior Living Poplar Bluff, a leader in senior living care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Poplar Bluff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and their families.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care
  • Assess the physical and emotional needs of residents, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse manager or director of nursing
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
  • Preferred experience and skills in a long-term care, senior living, or related field setting.
