You will drive the structural execution of premium paving, grading, and asphalt modification projects across commercial and residential locations. This position offers the field autonomy to master heavy civil construction workflows while using specialized machinery within a close-knit, highly technical crew.   • Collaborate with your assigned paving crew to bypass strict production timelines and meet performance targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Active and valid driver's license necessary for field assignment and transport operations.
