Compensation & Benefits

Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $350,000 to $400,000, commensurate with experience and fellowship training, along with a two-year income guarantee and transition to a productivity-based compensation model. Physicians have the opportunity to pursue partnership and ownership within the practice, including participation in ancillary revenue streams and other practice growth opportunities. A comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance are also available.

Final compensation will be based on training, experience, qualifications, procedural expertise, and market considerations.
