Hill Country Holdings is one of the largest independent operators of Ashley Furniture stores. We have 30 locations throughout Washington, Texas, Oregon, and Idaho and we are looking to double in size in the next 3-5 years. Our sales teams are energetic, customer focused, and most of all FUN.

We pay commissions based on written sales on your first dollar sold. We are looking for a sales manager that wants to grow with us.WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO: Know what it means to give outstanding customer service Have an interest in home furnishings and design Want to bring fun and enthusiasm to our party Truly believe the customer always comes firstWE OFFER: A base salary of $40,000-$45,000 plus commission.
