Reports To: Site Supervisor/ Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary The Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of work crews at assigned project sites. This role ensures all tasks are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards and client expectations. The Foreman plays a key role in workforce supervision, safety compliance, customer interaction, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
  • Provide leadership and direction to assigned crews to ensure high performance and job satisfaction
  • Supervise, motivate, and discipline employees as needed to maintain productivity and morale
  • Provides support for the on-site supervisor during major projects
  • Promote teamwork and maintain a positive and respectful work environment
  • Conduct job-specific training to ensure understanding of work tasks and safe practices
  • Communicate effectively with team members at all levels
  • Monitor and control inventory usage and ensure tools and materials are used efficiently
  • Manage and distribute PPE while ensuring proper usage and compliance
  • Complete and submit timesheets accurately and promptly

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within industrial maintenance or facility services
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, schedules, and technical documents
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Requirements
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise levels, and industrial materials
  • Physically capable of heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs
  • Occasionally work at heights greater than 4 feet
  • Work in confined spaces
