On the Medicare Solutions Team, we're proud to play a vital part in the insurance process. We educate advisors and their clients and sell Medicare insurance products.
Responsibilities
Sales representatives will be responsible for client enrollment and product knowledge on all Medicare products including Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage plans and Prescription Drug plans. In this position you will maintain and service relationships with our customers and business partners. The sales rep will not be responsible for finding leads, but rather quoting and presenting Medicare plans to existing clients of our business partners.
  • Quote, present, enroll, and service Medicare business
  • Monitor case progress, track down requirements and provide ongoing status updates to client and advisor
  • Educate yourself on the latest product offerings and industry developments and, in turn, educate advisors on those subjects to help create new business opportunities
  • Continuously look for ways to expedite and improve our processes and services
  • Maintain positive relationships with your advisors and clients
