Job description


Pay:    $17.19 hourly (rate may be higher based on education and experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7 hrs daily / Schedule TBD
Please note GHAPS will complete the recruiting process but the employee will be onboarded by WMJ.                   




Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:

  1. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. 60 credit hours in an accredited university or college; or an Associates Degree or higher; or pass a competency test (Michigan Test for Teacher Certification Basic Skills Test or ETS ParaPro Test - Math, Reading and Writing tests).
  2. Experience working with preschool students with special needs.
  3. Must possess ability to follow directions and work with others in a positive manner.
  4. Must have ability to follow through with prescribed behavior management programs.
  5. Must demonstrate initiative and creativity with students and their programs.
