Our team of dedicated professionals delivers rapid response, exceptional customer service, and full transparency throughout every project. By working directly with insurance providers, we help restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind when our customers need it most.

Position Summary

The Asbestos Supervisor is responsible for leading asbestos abatement and environmental remediation projects from start to finish while ensuring full compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations. This role oversees job site operations, coordinates with technicians and customers, and maintains strict safety and documentation standards throughout each project.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable leading teams in residential and commercial environments. This is a working supervisor role, meaning the individual will actively participate in field work while managing project execution and compliance.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and oversee asbestos abatement projects from setup through final completion.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all Federal, State, and local asbestos regulations and company SOPs.
  • Perform and oversee containment setup, negative air systems, removal procedures, and site cleanup.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, inspectors, and government agencies as needed.
  • Collect environmental samples and utilize testing equipment accurately and safely.
  • Complete all required project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
  • Maintain safe job sites and ensure proper PPE usage and safety procedures are followed by all team members.
  • Drive company vehicles to and from job sites in accordance with company policy and traffic laws.
  • Work at various residential and commercial construction sites as needed.
  • Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1โ€“2 years of asbestos/environmental sampling experience required.
  • AHERA Building Inspector Certification required.
  • AHERA Building Inspector/Supervisor Certification required and must be maintained.
  • Experience in restoration, construction, environmental services, or related trades preferred.
  • Proficient in using environmental testing and monitoring equipment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor in demanding environments.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and wear PPE for extended periods.
