Introduction
We are seeking a skilled developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications running on mainframe and IBM AS400/iSeries platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CL, RPG, and related legacy technologies, along with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and support business-critical systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with mainframe technologies.
  • Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
  • Experience with IBM AS400/iSeries technologies preferred.
  • Knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and file transfer processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in production support and development environments.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with system upgrades and performance tuning.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
