The operator takes the necessary corrective action or escalates issues as needed. Needs to have an advanced understanding of how processes impact the business to make time sensitive decisions. Other responsibilities include maintaining computer systems, office/building maintenance, data entry, use of company vehicles, and maintaining security of the building and premises. This role requires significant attention to detail for critical time sensitive processes and file transmissions to and from the stores, distributions centers, and numerous systems and must provide excellent customer service to our external and internal customers.
