Job Description The Security Analyst position serves as a key member of the Incident Response Team, responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responding to security alerts and incidents affecting State of Michigan systems and data. This role investigates potential threats, contains and eradicates malicious activity, and coordinates remediation efforts to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of State of Michigan information assets. Additional Requirements and Information Michigan State Police Candidates selected for this position must complete the Michigan State Police background check. This extensive background check requires fingerprinting for state and federal criminal background records.
