Job description

Position Overview
MetroSys is seeking experienced Network Engineers to support a high-volume site migration and deployment program. This role focuses on hands-on execution, including network turn-up, migration, troubleshooting, and decommissioning across a large number of sites.
This is a fast-paced role requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to execute consistently across repetitive but critical deployment tasks.Key Responsibilities
  • Execute site-level network deployments and migrations across multiple locations
  • Perform:
    • Network turn-ups (routing, switching, WAN connectivity)
    • Equipment installation and validation
    • Decommissioning of legacy infrastructure
  • Support migration activities across:
    • Aruba-managed environments (switches, APs, orchestration)
    • Cisco SD-WAN (ISR 8200, vManage)
  • Participate in scheduled cutovers (day or night shifts)
  • Support high-volume rollout targets (e.g., 30+ sites per week)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
    • Connectivity
    • Configuration mismatches
    • Low-voltage/cabling challenges
  • Follow standardized deployment processes and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with regional leads and architects during cutover events
  • Provide accurate updates and documentation for each site deployment
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience in network engineering or deployment roles
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Routing and switching (Cisco preferred)
    • WAN/SD-WAN environments
    • Wireless and access layer deployments
  • Experience with site rollouts, migrations, or field deployments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in live environments
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (day/night) based on migration schedule
  • Comfortable working in high-volume, repeatable deployment scenarios
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Aruba Central or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Cisco vManage / SD-WAN
  • Exposure to low-voltage coordination and cabling dependencies
  • Experience in retail, branch, or distributed environments
