The position involves overseeing sourcing activities, conducting market research, and providing insights to senior leadership to enhance product offerings. By fostering strong partnerships and streamlining processes, the manager ensures timely delivery and continuous improvement while supporting team development and upholding company values and ethical standards.

This team collaborates across merchandising, sourcing, quality, design, and supplier partners to deliver products that meet high standards for quality, value, and performance. Focused on customer needs and category strategies, the team manages the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Members demonstrate strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills while fostering continuous improvement and innovation to support Walmart’s mission of helping customers save money and live better.
What you'll do:
  • Manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
