    Job Summary
    We are looking for a senior consultant with deep expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Pharma/Life Sciences analytics to drive strategic data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience handling large-scale analytics programs, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions.
    Key Responsibilities
       Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma/Life Sciences projects. 
       Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI platforms. 
       Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and executive presentations related to analytics, AI adoption, and reporting strategies. 
       Recommend innovative BI and AI approaches to improve decision-making, automation, forecasting, and business insights. 
       Act as a trusted advisor to clients for analytics transformation and AI-driven reporting initiatives. 
       Analyze pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, and omnichannel datasets to generate actionable insights. 
       Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance. 
       Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams. 
    Required Skills
       Strong expertise in BI reporting and visualization tools. 
       Strong SQL and data analysis skills. 
       Extensive experience in Pharma/Life Sciences analytics and commercial data domains. 
       Experience with patient analytics, sales analytics, field force analytics, or omnichannel analytics. 
       Strong client interaction, stakeholder management, and communication skills. 
       Ability to lead business discussions and recommend scalable BI and AI solutions. 
       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
