Job description

The Carthage College Art & Design Department is currently accepting applications for an Adjunct Professor of Film (Production). The position is for the 2026 fall semester and begins August 26 and ends Dec 11.

AFM 2700* Film and New Media Production Mondays and Fridays 11:45am-2:45pm

This course meets twice per week for 3 hours each class period.

An MFA is required for the position and any hired applicant is subject to a background check. Interested applicants, please forward or provide a link with cover letter, CV, portfolio of images of your artwork, images of student artwork, if available, and artist statement carthageart@carthage.edu.
