Job Description Summary

Seeking a creative and experienced Video Art Director to lead the visual direction and creative execution of video content across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing strong visual concepts, overseeing production quality, and ensuring brand consistency across all video projects. The Video Art Director will guide the creative vision of video content including marketing campaigns, social media, website materials, and promotional productions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and guide visual concepts for video content including campaign videos, promotional materials, product videos, and social media content.
  • Ensure a consistent visual style that reflects the companyโ€™s brand identity.
  • Apply strong visual design principles such as composition, color, lighting, framing, and motion aesthetics to create visually compelling content.
  • Supervise the entire video production process including concept development, preโ€‘production planning, filming direction, and postโ€‘production review.
  • Maintain high creative and technical standards throughout the process.
  • Lead the development of visual narratives that effectively communicate brand messaging and product value through engaging video storytelling.
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop video strategies that support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Provide creative guidance to video team members and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
  • Stay updated with the latest visual trends, video production techniques, and digital media innovations to continuously improve content quality and creative direction.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining production timelines, workflow efficiency, and quality control.
  • Remain flexible in responding to evolving creative needs and explore new techniques, tools, and production styles to enhance visual storytelling.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
  • +13 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and graphic design.
  • Language proficiency: English (required); Korean (optional).
  • No certification required.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $123,000.00 โ€“ $226,000.00 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time.
