Join Arrow Service Team!

Arrow Service Team is North Dakota's leader in disaster restoration. Since 1979, we've helped homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, storm, mold, and other property damage. We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from start to finish. If you enjoy managing people, solving problems, building relationships, and making a difference during challenging times, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a growing company.

Paid training may begin in Bismarck, ND before transitioning to Dickinson, ND. Hotel accommodations and a nightly per diem are provided during training.

What You'll Do
  • Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish.
  • Meet with customers, assess project needs, and explain the restoration process.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to Arrow's quality standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in restoration, construction, remodeling, or homebuilding preferred (training available for the right candidate).
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and multiple projects.
  • Comfortable using technology and digital documentation.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Schedule
