Job description

Formed in 1995, Arrow Construction is a full-service underground utilities construction company based in Sacramento, CA and serves northern and central California. Our services include underground utility work, vacuum excavation, asphalt/concrete restoration and traffic control services. Arrow Construction is an Underground Utility Contractor specializing in wet and dry utilities, directional drilling, potholing, patch paving, and concrete restoration work throughout Northern California.
Arrow Construction is looking for a motivated and hard-working Paving/Concrete Foreman with 2 or more years of experience with patch paving, wet/dry utility, and concrete restoration.
Job Overview:
  • All Qualified candidates must be able to manage their crew to work productively and enforce all safety regulations.
  • Prepare, and maintain accurate records (Timekeeping, PO receipts) 
  • Communicate with management, customers, and vendors.
  • Understands and follows verbal and written instructions.
  • Communicates to the Supervisor the site and crew needs.
  • Problem solver and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read plans & specs and works well under pressure.
  • All qualified candidates must have a clean Valid California Driver's License.
  • All applicants will be required to pass a drug, Pre-Employment physical, and background test.
