You'll receive hands-on training from our leadership team and tenured sales staff who will guide you on a path to success. Sales Consultant Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests through email, phone, and in-person interactions
• Offer assistance and direction to guests throughout the car-buying process
• Assist guests in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Work directly with coworkers and guests to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Stay connected with guests beyond the purchase to ensure satisfaction throughout their vehicle ownership

Sales Sales Consultant Qualifications

• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computation skills and computer literacy 
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
• Previous experience in sales, especially in the retail or automotive industries is a plus
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

• I-CAN Kids – Arrow Ford provides free childcare for its employees through the I-CAN Kids program. I-CAN Kids is an on-site child recreation program for school aged children. Our in-house Technical Trainer works with our technicians in conjunction with extensive training offered by Ford Motor Company to support our technicians as learn new skills and accomplish their career goals. Arrow Ford is a Registered Apprenticeship Program through the Department of Labor and has a partnership with Cisco College and Collegiate Edu-Nation to offer coursework and training for automotive technicians.
• Employee Assistance and Enrichment – The Arrow Employee Committee plans employee activities including an employee picnic, Thanksgiving potluck, Christmas party, and other events.
