Utilizing Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) within Microsoft Excel and Word to automate processes and improve reporting accuracy.

Supporting the creation and enhancement of tools, templates, and databases used for contract monitoring and performance tracking. Managing and organizing project data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of information. Assisting with process improvements by designing or modifying systems and applications to meet operational needs.

Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to support reporting requirements and resolve data-related issues. Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports Participate in communication with internal and external stakeholders to support project construction activities Contribute to the administration of construction documents and correspondences Liaise with management and other team members on the development of required project documents through the various project phases Coordinate the development of constructability reviews and reports Complete any tasks assigned by Construction Management II or higher in an efficient and timely manner Working Conditions Office-basedMinimum of five (5) years of experience working with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and data management. Registered for and seeking a recognized certification in the area of specialty University or College Degree/Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

Strong ability to design, develop, and modify applications using VBA. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including: Pivot Tables Formulas and functions Macros and automation tools Demonstrated experience in data management and reporting systems BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Experience in a construction or project-based environment is considered an asset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with site staff and contractors.

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Willingness to learn other Construction-related software on the job Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal) Equipped to work independently and as part of a team Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
