Summary
As an eDiscovery Project Manager (PM) at Array, you will be the driving force behind our client projects, serving as the primary point of contact and consultant for our clients. You will take lead to ensure seamless collaboration across a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service. Your role will be pivotal in managing client and project information, and you will work closely with internal departments to implement the best solutions for our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Client Needs Discovery: Understand and interpret client needs to tailor solutions that exceed expectations, ensuring personalized and effective solutions.
  • Consultation and Planning: Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to construct comprehensive project plans, aligning project goals with client expectations and internal capabilities.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee internal processes to ensure project plans are executed to specifications and deadlines, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to required standards.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, including detailed status reports, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Offer advanced support for technology usage, including Relativity, ensuring clients can effectively use the technology and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust by ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Data Processing: Process data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting the efficient handling and management of client data.

Qualifications
  • Client Focus: Unwavering commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. Proficient at building and sustain high-touch exceptional client relationships with ESI and portfolio clients.
  • eDiscovery: Strong proficiency and knowledge of the eDiscovery workflows and technologies. Capable to evaluate client needs and effectively solution to exceed expectations.
  • Technical Proficiency: High aptitude with database programs, text editors, and review platforms.
  • Relativity Expertise: Proficient knowledge of Relativity Processing and working knowledge of various Relativity features.
  • Multitasking Ability: Excellent at managing multiple tasks with strong follow-through.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work extended hours and on a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement minded: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The base Compensation range for this role will $90,000 - $130,000 and will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to the base pay, this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus program.
