Functional Analyst II (OCS Lessons Learned)
Location: Fort Lee, VA (On-site with potential CONUS/OCONUS travel)
Clearance: Active Secret Required
Overview
We are seeking a Functional Analyst II to support Operational Contract Support (OCS) lessons learned efforts for the U.S. Army. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and transforming operational data into actionable insights that improve Army-wide capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and document observations, insights, and lessons learned (OILs)
  • Conduct interviews with military personnel and stakeholders
  • Input and manage data within Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)
  • Develop and analyze surveys related to OCS operations
  • Identify trends and recommend DOTMLPF capability solutions
  • Support assessment teams and contribute to written recommendations
  • Prepare reports and briefings for leadership
  • Contract on-site manager
Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in military operations analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with JLLIS
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro (6+ years)
Preferred
  • Experience with Operational Contract Support (OCS)
  • Experience developing learning demands and analysis frameworks

Note: The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
