Responsibilities: * Review, maintain, staff changes, prepare requirements documentation, and coordinate with ACOM and DA level staff for changes to Augmentation, Supplement III, and Classified TDA authorization documents. * Download, review, upload and edit as required automated and manual authorization documents on property book systems. * Review property records and identify administrative changes required in cataloging authorized balances for CTA items. * Maintain positive control of and store classified material. * Enter data into multiple databases or spreadsheets. Ensure consistency and appropriate cross-referencing for both newly entered and previously entered data. * Retrieve data and use data to respond to a variety of customer and vendor inquiries. * Perform research to determine reasons for patterns of transaction errors and failures. * Conduct extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns; assemble retrieved information into different formats to meet different requirements; for example, status reports, unmet customer needs, and other similar areas. * Maintain files in accordance with applicable Army, Navy, and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations. * Proficiently use MS Office application software to maintain data and submit reports of varying types and formats via internal management control databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools in a variety of program application software. * Make effective use of e-mail correspondence with an expert knowledge of Outlook e-mail communication programs. * Maintain positive control of and store classified material and equipment. * Utilization of all Logistics Information Systems: Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), GCSS-Army, S-PBUSE, Decision Support Tool (DST), Force and Asset Search Tool (FAAST), Special Operations Logistics Management System (SOLMAN). Qualifications * Possess a SECRET security clearance prior to beginning support of this effort and maintain said clearance throughout duration of support of this effort. * Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and be able to obtain appropriate special license/certification for equipment to be operated to include but not limited to: forklifts, 15K truck. * Possess excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions. * Be able to work in an environment that is fast paced while completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent timelines. * Be able to work independently without direct supervision. * Be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary, such as correspondence using the Army Writing System in accordance AR 25-50. Be capable and proficient with verbal communications, both in person and via teleconferences for the purpose of effective coordination with military installation management staff, USASOC staff action officers and non-government agencies as required. * Be willing to attend and satisfactorily complete, required training associated with job responsibilities. * Cross-train with other contracted positions to fill in during absences (specific to exempt/salaried positions. * Maintain a clean workspace. * Be capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 40 lbs. unassisted. * Must have Property Book experience and have expert knowledge of Army Regulations on property book accountability, supply operations and unit-level SOP's. * Be capable of inputting, correct, maintain, and validate information in the unit property books. * Have the skills to prepare documentation for disposition of excess property items. * Have experience with all current and developing databases and processes related to their logistics management support efforts. * Be able to effectively operate various forms of material handling equipment assigned to the unit. * Be able to file property transactions and inventories IAW ARIMS recordkeeping policy.
