Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Logistician. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the cyclic inventory, accountability, and dispersion of all property associated with the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE)
  • Manage the procurement process using systems such as Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software Solutions (CHESS) and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for goods and services required by the government, ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, conduct market research, and execute contracts to support government missions effectively and efficiently

Minimum Qualifications of Logistician
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Army Supply and Services Career Management Field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement or contracting, preferably within a government or military environment.
  • Possess experience in performing all functions of a supply operation in support of an Army activity to include ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, taking actions to expedite receipt of parts, and researching alternative sources for items.
  • Possess experience performing property accountability functions to include hand receipt procedures and inventories of all types of Army property.
  • Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS, Army procurement policies and procedures, as well as CHESS system.
  • Must have Secret clearance.
