This position supports U.S. Army aerial and terrestrial intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capability development activities in support of Army Futures Command and the Intelligence Center of Excellence. This position is primarily onsite and supports classified operations in a collaborative mission-focused environment. Key Role: * Support Army intelligence capability development efforts focused on aerial and terrestrial ISR systems, sensors, payloads, and intelligence collection operations * Conduct research, analysis, and technical writing in support of intelligence requirements documentation and operational capability development * Assist in the development and update of capability documents, operational concepts, briefing materials, white papers, and technical reports * Support Intelligence Support to Targeting & Information Collection (ISTT/IC) activities related to ISR operations, intelligence collection management, and emerging intelligence technologies * Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, meetings, and operational planning discussions supporting Army intelligence modernization initiatives * Provide research and analytical support related to GEOINT, and multi-domain intelligence collection operations * Support testing, training, fielding, and sustainment documentation activities associated with ISR systems and intelligence capabilities * Collaborate with government personnel and cross-functional teams in support of Army operational and future intelligence requirements development Basic Qualifications: * Must possess and maintain an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered. * Mastery-level experience in an intelligence-related discipline or military experience in Military Intelligence and aerial ISR operations and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) * Mastery-level experience in intelligence operations and ISR intelligence collection operations, management, production, or research * Experience researching, drafting, and editing technical documentation and briefing materials * Experience supporting intelligence operations, capability development, or military operational planning activities * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet government contract requirements * 8+ years of relevant work experience * Bachelor's degree or 4+ additional years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting Army Futures Command, TRADOC, AFC, USAICoE, or related DoD intelligence organizations * Experience supporting ISR capability development, intelligence collection management, or operational testing activities * Familiarity with JCIDS, ACIDS, DOTMLPF-P, or Army capability development processes * Experience supporting GEOINT, or multi-domain intelligence operations * Experience developing operational concepts, CONOPS, capability development documentation, or technical reports We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
