Staying current with manufacturer guidelines, regularly attending industry training, and fostering clear communication with team members can help address these challenges and ensure optimal performance and safety in the workplace.

While their training overlaps, Armor roles often involve specialized skills related to high-value asset protection, whereas Security Guards focus on maintaining safety and order in public or private spaces.

What are Armorers?

In modern contexts, armorers may also work with firearms and protective gear for law enforcement, military, and film productions. Armorers may work in museums, armories, or on film sets, ensuring that equipment is functional, safe, and appropriate for its intended use.

To thrive as an Armorer, you need a strong understanding of firearms, ballistics, and weapon maintenance, often supported by technical training or certification in gunsmithing.
