The role:
As the Senior Regional Marketing Manager - Americas, you will play a pivotal role in driving Armis' growth by building and executing high-impact regional marketing programs that align field sales, strategic partners, and corporate campaigns.
This role focuses on accelerating pipeline, increasing account penetration, and strengthening territory performance across enterprise and strategic accounts. You will partner closely with regional sales leaders, partner teams, and corporate marketing to design and execute programs that elevate Armis' market presence in cyber exposure management and asset intelligence.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Partner & Americas Regional Marketing, this is a highly visible role with direct influence on revenue generation and regional performance.
What you'll do:
Pipeline Growth & Territory Acceleration
  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline creation, expand existing accounts, and improve territory health.
  • Align regional programs with corporate campaigns, product priorities, and sales objectives.
  • Identify market trends and competitive dynamics within cybersecurity to continuously evolve and optimize field programs.
Multi-Channel & Account-Based Marketing
  • Execute integrated campaigns leveraging email, digital, LinkedIn, and ABX tactics.
  • Partner with content and digital teams to tailor messaging and assets for regional and partner-led engagement.
  • Drive 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Experience (ABX) initiatives to deepen buying group engagement within strategic accounts.
Executive & Field Event Strategy
  • Lead Armis-branded executive events, regional programs, partner co-marketing initiatives, and third-party industry conferences.
  • Deliver high-touch experiences (including executive roundtables and CISO-focused engagements) that strengthen relationships and generate demand.
  • Own end-to-end execution, ensuring seamless logistics, clear messaging, and measurable pipeline impact.
Sales & Partner Alignment
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify priority accounts and design account-based and territory-based marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with partner and alliance teams to develop joint initiatives that expand reach and accelerate co-sell opportunities with our partner ecosystem.
  • Build scalable, repeatable regional programs that support Armis' cyber exposure management positioning across IT, OT, IoT, healthcare, and cloud environments.
Performance & ROI Optimization
  • Establish clear KPIs tied to pipeline creation, influence, and acceleration.
  • Track campaign and event performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets responsibly, ensuring investment is aligned to pipeline impact.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the Americas Sales team, aligning on pipeline targets and regional priorities.
What we expect:
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation within B2B technology (cybersecurity preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline impact through regional and partner marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, ABM/ABX strategies, and executive engagement.
  • Experience working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), Reporting (DOMO), CRM (Salesforce), and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring pipeline influence and marketing ROI.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $130,000-$170,000 per year.
