BluePearl Pet Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA (North Hills) is hiring an overnight Emergency Veterinarians to join our team in a large referral setting which includes 7 criticalists combined at our Pittsburgh locations. We have a house officer program consisting of rotating interns, emergency and critical care interns and residents, and surgical interns and residents, leading to a collaborative team offering high quality medicine and patient care.

What you need to excel at BluePearl:
  • DVM/VMD degree required.
  • Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.
  • Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
