Arla is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Baker to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods with consistency, precision, and creativity. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in baking techniques, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing exceptional products that align with Arla’s standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards
  • Measure and mix ingredients with accuracy, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
  • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to achieve optimal results
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal offerings as needed
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and proper storage of ingredients
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
