SOF Hospitality is expanding to Austin and is hiring Server Assistant for our new upscale steakhouse. We operate restaurants in Houston, New Orleans, and Costa Rica. We are a vibrant and dynamic hospitality group known for our diverse menus, exquisite cocktails, and outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy memorable dining experiences.
 
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Server Assistant with 1-3 years of fine dining experience. You will support our servers in creating a seamless and memorable experience for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers by delivering food, drinks, and clearing tables efficiently
  • Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Provide guests with water, bread, and other items during the meal service
  • Support the flow of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet guest needs
