THE JOB:
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing professional, polished, and anticipatory guest service in all public and premium areas of MGM Resorts Arena and Event spaces. This position reports directly to the Guest Services Supervisor. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Arena Management policies, practices, and procedures. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY TO DAY:
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Experience working with large groups of people/guests
  • Ability to collaborate with others by sharing information and transferring knowledge to team members and contributing to an environment of trust.
  • Capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deal effectively with guests, leadership, team members, and partners.
  • Ability to make effectively communicate, make decisions, and solve problems.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Minimum (1) one year of customer services experience
  • Thrives in a fast paced, high-volume setting while providing exceptional guest experience
  • Describes themselves as a positive team player with critical thinking capability

THE DETAILS:
  • This is an on-call opportunity - hours vary upon event frequency, including weekends & holidays
  • The starting pay for this opportunity is $13.75 hourly
