Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team at Indiana Hospitality Group. As an integral part of our company, you will have the opportunity to grow your sales expertise, work with a dynamic team, and enjoy a range of benefits including flexible schedule, paid time off, and health insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Assisting and coordinating of NHOP
  • Maintain sales policies and procedures for standardization purposes
  • LNR Accounts & Groups
  • Establishing relationships with each CVB and Chamber
  • Monthly Action Plans executed by Sales Associate

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to perform over night travel
  • Knowledge of all local area's
