  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

  • Manage subcontractor bidding, selection, negotiation, and performance

  • Monitor project costs, commitments, billings, and overall financial performance

  • Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and other developing team members

  • Experience working for a commercial general contractor or construction management firm

  • Proven success managing projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Experience with commercial interiors, tenant improvements, renovations, retail, restaurant, office, or ground-up construction preferred

  • Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered

What the Company Offers
  • Base salary up to $160,000, based on experience

  • Annual performance bonus

  • Comprehensive benefits package

  • Stable backlog of commercial projects

  • Direct access to company leadership

  • Meaningful autonomy and ownership over projects
