Field Operations Lead - Junk Removal
Lead from the front. Stay active. Make an impact
Pay: $25-$28/hr + tips & other incentives
Overtime available during peak seasons
Hours vary week to week based on demand
The Junkluggers is an eco-friendly junk removal company focused on donation, recycling, and community impact. We're looking for a working Field Operations Lead to run daily jobs, lead crews, and keep operations moving smoothly.
This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be in the truck, on job sites, and leading by example.
What You'll Do
  • Lead daily junk removal jobs and work alongside the crew
  • Deliver great customer experiences and handle issues quickly
  • Dispatch and track trucks; coordinate with scheduling
  • Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
  • Enforce safety standards and company procedures
  • Track jobs, hours, and basic daily paperwork

What We're Looking For
  • Required: 3+ years in junk removal, knowledge of the area and industry.
  • Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors
  • Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills
  • Available full-time, including some Saturdays and on-call coverage
