We're seeking an experienced and motivated merchandising leader based in or near Manassas, VA to drive store execution, develop field talent, and strengthen client partnerships across a dynamic territory. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Travel independently to service stores throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.Train, mentor, and support a team of SRS field service representatives to ensure consistent execution and adherence to company standards.Execute and oversee in-store merchandising activities, including planogram resets, display installations, inventory adjustments, and signage placement.Monitor new hire progress, complete required reporting, and identify opportunities for coaching and development.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations and SRS standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for store management, project managers, and field leadership within your territory.Proactively resolve issues, drive performance, and provide ongoing coaching to maintain a high-performing team.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and professional growth.Minimum Requirements:Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.Previous supervisory or training experience in the merchandising industry.A personal Smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for in-store reporting and surveys. Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations. Available for company paid overnight travel based on training and business needs. This role involves frequent physical activity, including bending, stooping, standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
