Area Manager – Operations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Travel to other locations within the greater Salt Lake City Metro area as needed, Including Farr West, UT and Spanish Fork.

$90,000 to $105,000 + Bonus + Shareholder Opportunity Honey Bucket is hiring an Area Manager to lead field operations, develop teams, and drive performance across safety, service, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run routes, manage people, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead Route Supervisors, drivers, and field teams 
  • Manage daily operations, routing, and service delivery 
  • Drive performance in safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction 
  • Coach employees, hold accountability, and improve team performance 
  • Partner with sales to support growth and retention 
  • Ensure DOT, OSHA, and company compliance standards 
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, construction, or field service 
  • Experience managing drivers, laborers, or field teams
