Position Summary

This position will support the Ticket Operations and Ticket Services departments with day-to-day tasks, including administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, interacting with other departments, and overall contributing to the organizationโ€™s function. The position will comprehensively overview all Ticket Operations/Services areas.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide support to all areas of the Ticketing Department, including Ticket Operations, Ticket Services, Suites, Hospitality, & Sales.
  • Work at all Carolina Panthers, Bank of America Stadium special events and PSL Owner events.
  • Gain familiarity with and utilize the Ticketmaster system, including Archtics, TM Host, TM1, and Account Manager.
  • Become knowledgeable with Ticketmasterโ€™s presence entrance system and itโ€™s scanners.
  • Develop an understanding of customer accounts, billing, money flow, deadlines, ticket printing, and ticket distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with sensitivity.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask while managing time successfully.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Must be willing to accept and embrace tasks as they are assigned.
  • Must be dependable, accountable, and trustworthy.
