What Youll Do:

EVstudio is looking for an entrepreneurial, architecture-driven leader to take the helm of our Boise studio. If you're a licensed architect with a passion for business development, client relationships, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.

  • Drive Business Development: Build and expand client relationships across private and public sectorsresidential, commercial, municipal, and beyond.

  • Grow the Team: Mentor and develop architectural talent while partnering across disciplines including civil, MEP, structural, and survey.

  • Oversee Projects: Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with firm-wide leadership to align Idaho's growth with EVstudios broader vision.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Architect (ID or eligible for reciprocity)

  • Typically, 15+ years of experience, including client-facing and project leadership roles

  • Demonstrated business development success and local market knowledge

  • Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or municipal design sectors a plus

What We Offer:

We are targeting a base salary of $120,000 to $165,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.
