Project 2: BRD Creation Skill (AI Dev Portal)
  • Gather input from multiple internal teams on existing business requirements document (BRD) practices, templates, and tools currently in use across the organization.
  • Analyze and consolidate scattered, team-specific documentation practices into a standardized approach that works across teams.
  • Design, build, and test a new "BRD Creation" skill for the AI Dev Portal, as the companion to the existing BRD Review skill.
  • Run and iterate on pilot tests of the skill using real or representative use cases.
  • Present findings and drive buy-in from internal stakeholders to support adoption of the new skill.

Project 3: BRD Reviewer Skill - Follow-Up & Enhancement
  • Gather validation and feedback from teams that have been using the BRD Reviewer skill over the past several months.
  • Analyze usage feedback to identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement enhancements to improve the skill's accuracy and performance.
  • Validate improvements with stakeholders and document the updates made.

General:
  • Participate in the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of systems supporting a variety of applications and business-critical functionality.
  • Work directly within the agile development team and stakeholders to help with existing requirements, adhere to timelines, and meet deliverables.
